General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
   These GTC apply to all contracts between O.G. Fine Arts and customers regarding the sale of artworks.
2. Sale
   The sales process starts on the detail page of the work. Unless changes are made in the meantime, it ends with the confirmation of the purchase.
3. Prices
   All prices in Euro incl. applicable German VAT. Shipping and packaging costs and VAT are shown separately in the purchase confirmation.
4. Payment
   The payment methods are described on the "Payment & Invoice" page. Delivery takes place after receipt of payment.
5. Delivery and Transfer of Risk
   Shipping to the address provided; risk is transferred upon handover to the transport company.
6. Insurance
   On request, we offer transport insurance against loss and damage during transit. The costs for this amount to 1.5% of the goods value and are shown separately if selected in the ordering process.
7. Retention of Title
   The artwork remains the property of O.G. Fine Arts until full payment has been made.
8. Revocation
   Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal: Details here.
9. Warranty
   Statutory warranty rights apply. Color deviations due to monitor displays do not constitute a defect.
10. Place of Jurisdiction
    To the extent permitted, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of O.G. Fine Arts. German law applies.
